[a] Furnace Cassing |
The furnace cassing is fabricated from mild steel plates.

[b] Brick Lining |
The furnace is lined with First layer of hot face insulation bricks & ceramic
fibre modules. |

[c] Heating Elements |
The heating Element are made of Ni/Cr. Alloy wire, Free corugated shape.

[d] Furnace Cover |
The furnace is provided with a lift and swing type cover. The cover is adequatly
insulated. |

[e] Air Circulation Fan |
One fan is provided in the center of the cover for circulating the air inside the
furnace. The fan is supplied complete with driving motor. |

For ensuring uniform temperature within the charge space, one air guide cylinder
